1. How does sleep effect your learning?
Sleep can help your learning and memory.
2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?
7-8 hours that I get sleep each night. I think this is not enough. I feel tired in the morning.
3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?
I will not change what I do after reading about sleep and learning. Because I don't want to sleep early.
